Please be advised that packages without housekeeping require that you bring all your own linens.

Package prices do not inlcude food and beverages.

We require a 50% cash deposit to confirm your reservation. Please call to make arrangements

Check-In and Check-Out

Weekly reservations are generally from Friday to Saturday. Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am so that we can prepare for other guests. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cancellations

Confirmed reservations are non-refundable. If you are forced to cancel, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are successful, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, however, your deposit will not be refunded. Please ensure that if you must cancel, you do it as early as possible.

Housekeeping/Security/Damage

A $50.00 key security deposit is required - refundable at check-out.

Guests should be advised that packages without housekeeping require that you bring all your own linens.

Prior to your arrival, the unit will be cleaned and prepared for you. The same will be done just after your departure. Normal cleaning is included in the rental fee, however, should there be any damages or excess cleaning is required as a result of your stay, your deposit may not be refunded to cover such costs.
